A five-day animation festival dedicated to celebrating the work of established animation artists through specially curated author-focused events. The programme highlights the creative process behind animated works, offering audiences insight into artistic practice through presentations, screenings, conversations.
The festival brings together animation students from across Poland alongside local audiences, creating a space for exchange between filmmakers, creators, and the public. The inaugural edition took place at the newly opened Animation Education Centre OKO and its Cinema Kreska in Bielsko-Biała.
It featured in-depth conversations and presentations with Marcin Podolec, Marta Pajek, Kijek/Adamski, Agopsowicz/Świda, as well as programmes with Adrianna Prodeus, Ewa Borysewicz, and many other guests from across the Polish animation community.
My role in this event was commissioned by Studio Filmów Rysunkowych in Bielsko-Biała, and was a cooperation with its lovely team.
